The Commercial Group is the largest of four working groups within Zions Securities Corporation. With innovative spirit, the group has been involved in development, construction, management, and leasing commercial and retail buildings and effectively worked with private and public interests in revitalization projects.

Many of our commercial buildings dot the skyline in the downtown central business district of Salt Lake City, where we manage over 1,750,000 square feet of office space and 600,000 square feet of retail space. Additionally, the Commercial group is working to construct, lease, and manage new office buildings located at the center of the downtown redevelopment district in Ogden, Utah.
